Product Availability
All products listed in the Boveards UK Limited trade price lists are normally available from stock unless otherwise stated.

Prices and Delivery
All prices shown are trade prices excluding VAT. Net trade prices include free delivery to mainland UK addresses. Service limitations apply in some areas. All goods are dispatched to trade addresses unless other arrangements are made at time of ordering.

Please advise us of any days you are closed, early closing or lunchtime closures etc, as failed deliveries may incur an additional redelivery charge.

All orders accepted by Boveards UK Limited are subject to availability of stock and may be delivered in two or more instalments.

Boveards UK Limited has no liability for any loss of trade or profit to the customer as a result of delay in delivery or delivery of incorrect or faulty goods. 

Delivery will be made to the Retailer’s trading address, or to a carrier designated by the Retailer.

Risk in Goods passes to the customer on delivery.

Title to Goods will pass to the customer on payment in full. 

Time is not of the essence for delivery of Goods and the Supplier's liability for incorrect delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the replacement of Goods.

Claims for damage or partial delivery or complete loss of consignment must be notified to Boveards UK Limited within thirty days of the date of invoice.

All goods must be inspected at time of receipt and delivery, in the event of damage the delivery should be refused and any damage noted on delivery document.

Returns
Returns of Goods stocked by Boveards UK Limited will be accepted for credit provided they are received at the Boveards UK Limited warehouse within seven days of the date of invoice, are accompanied by a copy of the returns note/invoice, have a valid authorisation code obtained from Boveards UK Limited customer services department before the goods are returned, and are in a condition fit for re-sale.

Refunds will be given only where the Goods returned are in a condition fit for resale and there are no other amounts outstanding and due to Boveards UK Limited.

Boveards UK Limited reserves the right to deduct shipping costs incurred. 

Supplier’s Liability
Boveards UK Limited’s liability to the customer for negligence, breach of contract and statutory duty is limited to the cost of replacing the goods ordered.

It is not intended that any contract between Boveards UK Limited and the Retailer for the supply of Goods should be enforceable by any third party.

Any waiver by Boveards UK Limited of any of these Terms & Conditions shall be in writing on the company’s headed letterhead and shall be limited to that particular instance and shall not operate or be deemed to operate as a future waiver of that or any other instance.

Trading Terms
Payment for all goods is normally required in advance.

Payments can be made by company cheque, credit card or debit card.

BACS payments are also acceptable – please contact our sales office on 0333 1234 600 for details.

General Notes
When ordering, please include the FULL PRODUCT CODE and the FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF EACH PRODUCT.

Boveards UK Limited reserves the right to alter models, specifications, materials, finishes and prices without prior notice.

All products in this price list are offered subject to Boveards UK Limited’s standard conditions of sale.
